Maxi

I will be knitting my very own "Missoni Sweater" !

Katinka

How frustrating! I'm glad you were able to find a few pieces, though.

This doesn't surprise me. The same thing happened when Target sold John Derian platters and plates. Gone from their website by the time I logged on. Grrr.

I'm not sure why there is such a fascination with the Target Missoni line. Personally, I think you could knit yourself something with a Missoni vibe and have a much nicer garment or accessory

When Target came out with the Liberty prints, I didn't have a terrible experience...when I got to the store, some things were gone, but I still had a decent choice. I'm amazed at what happened to you with Missoni. Perhaps because of the economy, people are looking to take advantage wherever they can, and when Target realizes they are losing money, they will hopefully wise up and change things. The hype they create is hurting them...I don't think Kohl's is having any problems with their Vera Wang line.

That's too bad you had such a irritating experience at Target. Thank you for sharing it, though. I've had some similar on line experiences. I starting to think it is better to just head down to the store early on.

They might still be handling the issue. These are common business faults.
